PAYMENT PROCESSING
When is my payment charged?
Your payment method is charged when you complete your order at checkout. This includes:
• Product price(s)
• Applicable sales tax
• Shipping costs (Westline Official offers FREE Standard Shipping within the U.S.)
You will always see the full total before placing your order.
Authorization & Processing
In some cases, you may see a pending authorization that later posts as a final charge. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Payment Confirmation
After a successful payment, you’ll receive:
• An order confirmation email
• Your order number
• A receipt showing the charged amount
FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed. Common reasons include:

SALES TAX
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state/local tax rules.

For operational and security reasons, we do not accept:

REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it is issued back to the original payment method used at checkout:

• Debit cards: refunded back to your bank account
• Digital wallets: refunded back to the original wallet/payment source
